9 month DA

So yesterday was his dr. appt. He doesnt have the flu, just a head cold, thank god. His stats are 27.5 in. 16lbs 14oz. Dr. says he's just slim. Once he's feeling better i'll be taking him for his seasonal flu shot. Now we just all need to get better :/

My poor baby..

So Tristan is now sick :( He's been running fever's off and on all day, I finally got the last one to break and it hasnt come back (knock on wood). He's also congested and has been coughing all day. Luckily he already has an appt set up for tomorrow for his 9 month check up at 9:15... ok correction today, considering its 2am. We just barely got him down for bed. Hubby seems to be getting better slightly, and i've been off and on with how im feeling. Only one asthma attack today so thats good. Is this season over? Give me spring already!!

what a day :(

So today was my first day at work... it last 2 hours before i got sent home and had to go the hospital because i had 3 asthma attacks. First one happened before i left for work, but i didnt see keeping my job by calling out on my first day. So i went in thinking that i should be fine, but no 2 asthma attacks within 2 hours, the last one the inhaler didnt work. So i went to the hospital to find that i had a 102 fever. On top of that I had a racing pulse, and low blood pressure :( they got my blood pressure up and my pulse is still racing but not as bad as when i arrived. Now im am out of work for approx. 5 days, or until im better, ugh.... this sux :(

So I start my new job tomorrow bright and early.. and of course im sick.. this will be fun. Oh well I have a job now and can start making money, that's what counts right? Oh and on the bright side, the worst Tristan has been sick was a mild ear infection. Thank god..

its been awhile...

Tristan is now 9 months old.. Wow does time fly! Won't know until the 12th what his stats are, but he's gotten so big, its hard to believe that he's going to be 1 in 3 months!! He is now sitting up(mostly) and is getting on his knees in a crawling position. He cant yet crawl but that definately doesnt stop him from getting where he wants to go! I'm going to try and keep this updated, but i am so absentminded lol. Here are some pics of what he looks like now.

Wow it's been a little while since i posted here! Ok so Tristan is now approx. 13 lbs. according to my home scale. He will be 4 months in 3 days! I can hardly believe it! It's amazing how fast they grow! So lately I've been thinking about having another, DH wants ot wait until he's 18 months old to try, I dont. It took us 2 years, and giving up at the time, to concieve him. I dont want them to be 4 years apart :( I know it might not necassarily happen that way, but it scares me to think it might. My DSS is 7 years older than tristan, older DSD is 8 years, and younger DSD 4 years. a 3 and 4 year gap between the oler 2 and the younger one is enough to make it so they dont want to play with her. I dont expect that if they are close in age to want to be best friends but I do know that being close in age will give eachother a companion to play with when they choose. I'm just really depressed, on top of that I really want to try for a little girl. Don't get me wrong I love DS with all my heart and wouldn't trade him for all the daughters in the world, but I have that ache in my heart for one. :( DH and I have also been arguing alot which is really starting to weigh me down, its like we cant agree on anything. He's afraid if we start now that I will get pregnant right away. I dont think it will happen. But enough pity party here are some recent pics! ( Oh and I lost my camera which has also been upsetting me)

Growth spurt time?

omg! He is eating alot! I was up all night feeding him, and I still haven't gotten any sleep! lol That's ok though I love him soo much I can't imagine life without him! And dont get me wrong I expected lack of sleep when i was pregnant with him, but after he was born he fooled me cuz he's been such a good baby! He's a tease already ladies watch out! lol

Yesterday DH and I went out t odinner for our 1 year anniversary, and it was incredible, although i was missing my little boy the whole time! Tristan is now up to 6 lbs even we had a doctor appt. for him yesterday, and because he is now above his birth weight, we dont have to come in until he is 2 months old! Here are some pics I took!

Tristan Roger Miskolczi was born on Jan. 23, 2009! He was 5 lbs. 8 oz. and 18.5 in. long! He is such an awesome baby I can't believe how blessed my husband and I are to have him in our lives!
